The Forgotten Paramedics

While Line of Duty Deaths garner headlines and the attention of Honour Guards, there is a segment of the Paramedic population that remains uncounted.

Those that have died of natural and unnatural causes.

No one knows the true numbers of occupational illness or injury of Canadian Paramedics.

There are many that suffer in silence or have suffered silently.

Until the Canadian EMS industry has comprehensive statistical data of Paramedic illness, injuries, mental illness  and cause of death for each Paramedic, in each Province and combined Nationally, we will speak for THE FORGOTTEN PARAMEDICS.
