Gord Armes

More than 300 mourners attended the Burlington funeral of Gordon James Armes, 50, who died January 17, 2002 of cancer.

Co-workers from the Halton EMS, provided an honour guard for the funeral service at Brant Bible Church on Jan. 21. Paramedics from across the province, Halton firefighters, police officers, and the staff of Joseph Brant Hospital also attended the service along with Gord’s family and friends.

Armes, who leaves his wife Sharon and two teenaged children, worked as an ambulance officer and paramedic for more than 30 years.
